Heart of Hope Foundation is a local non profit organization registered in Tanzania under Reg No 00NGO/R/7953. We currently operate in Monduli in the areas of Education and Health.

• Encourage Quality Social Services: We aim to encourage the provision of quality social services by creating opportunities for service provision reforms through professional development programs.
• Strengthen Service Infrastructure: We focus on strengthening social services infrastructure to ensure that services are healthy, sustainable, and conducive to improved outcomes.
• Establish and Run Centres: We are committed to establishing and running quality social services centres, including schools, training centres, health services centres, and legal support centres, to model best practices and provide opportunities for local communities.
